becoming more of who you are

I find that it’s less about doing, and more about being and allowing ~

  • being more in your body, and less in your head

    • learning to shift focus and awareness

  • the more you are in your body, the more you feel your feelings — when the discomfort and uncertainty arises, you learn to stay, and turn toward it

    • and this could involve… understanding those bodily sensations — cold clammy hands, clenched fists, tight chest, that pit in your stomach and being curious about what these cues mean

  • cultivating softness and compassion toward the fragility of being human

  • releasing narratives of the past, including those formed as a result of childhood wounding

  • understanding and feeling into your unique connection to the Divine, which cannot be erased or replaced

    • trusting that you co-create with All That Is, all the time

    • you have your own unique intuitive style, providing you with your own GPS for life
