becoming more of who you are
I find that it’s less about doing, and more about being and allowing ~
being more in your body, and less in your head
learning to shift focus and awareness
the more you are in your body, the more you feel your feelings — when the discomfort and uncertainty arises, you learn to stay, and turn toward it
and this could involve… understanding those bodily sensations — cold clammy hands, clenched fists, tight chest, that pit in your stomach and being curious about what these cues mean
cultivating softness and compassion toward the fragility of being human
releasing narratives of the past, including those formed as a result of childhood wounding
understanding and feeling into your unique connection to the Divine, which cannot be erased or replaced
trusting that you co-create with All That Is, all the time
you have your own unique intuitive style, providing you with your own GPS for life
