shrinking the inner bully

The one who says:

“You can’t slow down”

“You aren’t doing enough for others”

“You need to be everything for everyone”

The one who convinced you:

  • if you see a problem, then it’s your job to fix it

  • slowness and sensitivity are parts you need to hide or suppress

  • you need to live in a fast-paced, intense way in order to be relevant

What if I told you…

Living according to your design lines you up with what’s meant for you

You can’t miss what’s meant for you.

(You can, however, delay it by the very act of rushing, pushing, overriding, forcing…)

And you get there by:

De-conditioning from familial, cultural and societal programming.

Letting go of what’s not yours, and what’s not you, in order to be more of who you truly are.

This can look like:

  • slowing down, unfurling from clenching, pushing and proving

  • letting go of the addiction to rushing and forcing, and learning to be with yourself

  • understanding the patterns that drain you, and learning that you can live from a place of fullness, and having a filled cup

For those who say: “Okay, but what do I do with this information?”. For those who want quick answers and to get there right away, for those who want an exact road map, complete with a list of the exact, specific risks you might need to take…

Then, I may not be the practitioner for you.

But for those who have already said, “Yes”. For those who are hungry to get to know themselves.

Those who feel their body breathe out and sigh, “Yes” in recognition. Those who have been searching for a long time, for a place to rest…

The softness you’ve been looking for your whole life — you’re finally here. Welcome to your soft place to land. Welcome home to yourself.
