  • In general, therapy is an active process. Discomfort is a natural by-product of increased self-awareness. By gaining a deeper understanding into your thoughts, feelings and actions, this could offer you the opportunity to make informed choices in your life, and to take ownership of the unfolding of your unique journey in this lifetime. Of course, this process varies according to each individual.

No ‘result’ can be guaranteed; but often, greater self-acceptance, and a reduction in emotions that arise from decreased self-judgement (shame, guilt, fear, depression, anxiety) are often positive outcomes of this process.
